Every year, we award two (2) grade 12 graduates from Markland Wood with a $1,000 scholarship towards their future academic endeavours.

About the event
The MWHA offers a post-secondary school scholarship called the Youth Community Leadership Award to students living in the neighbourhood. If you’re pursuing post-secondary studies this fall, your MWHA would like to offer you the opportunity to apply for the 2025 Youth Leadership Award.
These awards are generously funded by the MWHA and presented annually to: A Markland Wood resident who demonstrates community involvement & leadership within our community through volunteering and leadership. If this describes you, we encourage you to apply for this award.
